So what does this all look like in action? The first steps for us have been…

• Continually reviewing the wellbeing, financial and professional support we offer our teams
• Reviewing our supplier list to consider their environmental impact and diversity
• Switching to more sustainable energy providers and website hosting platforms
• Exploring ways to strengthen our roots in Farringdon, a neighbourhood we’re proud to have called home for the past 20 years
• Asking our teams to identify and action smarter ways of collaborating with colleagues and clients alike more important than ever before with our support for flexible and remote working
• Reaching out to all those we partner with to explore opportunities to pursue our vision together
