Everything has changed and nothing has changed.

Throughout these turbulent times, we have stayed true to our beliefs – supporting our clients, protecting the jobs of our colleagues, serving our community and – through a recent digital transformation project – supporting the amazing NHS in the UK.

We may have been forced apart physically, but we’ve come together more closely than ever before and have found time to reimagine our future – and we believe it is filled with opportunity to be brave and start new initiatives.

Old boundaries have gone forever, new ways of working have sprung to life, reinvention is a daily reality. We’re comfortable with that.

We have already begun to put Collective wherever our talent and our clients’ needs dictate and this now includes the United States. Today, we have officially opened our office in New York and Melissa Peterson our new VP, Client Partner will be leading the charge, alongside our team in London and Europe.

This will allow us to deploy our experts in creative digital communications, behavioural understanding and performance media where they are, across time zones and cultures, to better serve our globally located clients.

In addition, we are also launching our next-generation Immersive Commerce offering that, at a time when real-world shopping experiences are strictly limited, truly provides customers with a more realistic sense of what a product is like – driving all important brand trust and purchase intent.

Above all, irrespective of location, we’ll always be Collective; transparent, collaborative and a proven source of great ideas, a real-world approach, and tangible, meaningful business results.
